By Investment
Permanent Residency by purchasing a property and prove that they have at their disposal a minimum annual income of €30,000 transferred from abroad.

The applicants of the Cyprus Investment Programme immediately upon submission of their application are entitled to receive within five days a Cyprus PR.
The CIP provides a Cyprus Citizenship with at least EUR 2.5 million to the purchase or creation of or participation in businesses, companies, purchase or construction of real estate that are based and operating in Cyprus. also an additional donation of €150.000, to an investor and his family (wife & children up to 28 years old).
